Arriving to the award-winning InterContinental MSP Hotel from the Minneapolis – St. Paul Airport (MSP):

Direct Hotel Access from Terminal 1 at Gate C25

Immediate access to the hotel from Terminal 1 in the airport is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with your carry-on baggage.

Access into the hotel is not dependent on the TSA checkpoint hours, as access into the hotel is via automatic doors.
Access the hotel from Terminal 1 by proceeding to Concourse C at Gate C25 and following the signs to the hotel.
The access door from the skyway into the hotel is located to the left of the TSA gate. The entrance system is automated and will recognize your approach.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle Transfers

Complimentary shuttle transportation for guests with checked baggage is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport (MSP).

From baggage claim, follow the Ground Transportation signage to Shuttles.
Take escalators or elevators up one floor to designated the shuttle pick-up location.
Upon your arrival at the designated pickup location at MSP Airport, please contact us directly at 612-725-0500 to arrange pickup by our complimentary airport shuttle.

Onsite TSA Checkpoint

Homeland Security has closed the TSA checkpoint at the hotel. Guests with carry-on luggage may still access the hotel from the airport directly from Terminal 1 - Gate C25. Guests arriving or departing with checked bags must take the hotel shuttle.

Special arrangements can be made with the Department of Homeland Security to open the onsite TSA Checkpoint for group departures of 50 or more. Our dedicated team collaborates with TSA to bring your group a streamlined security process right at the hotel. Please contact the hotel’s conference services department to submit a request. We will forward the details to Homeland Security for consideration.
